Each community has a real-world location (a skate park, coffee shop, climbing gym, etc.). When you're physically at that spot, you can check in through the app to unlock membership. This keeps communities genuine — no bots, no lurkers, just people who actually show up.
Yes! With a Hobbi Creator subscription you can create and run your own community around any hobby. You get mod tools, custom branches (events, Q&A, gear swaps, fundraising, lessons), and an analytics dashboard to track your community's growth.
The core app is completely free — discover communities, check in, post, comment, react, and attend events. Pro and Hobbi Creator are optional paid upgrades for power users and community builders. Pricing is shown in-app when you're ready to upgrade.
